I want to help you get there, so I've decided to structure my classes in a manner that encourages goal-setting in managable and comprehensible blocks. Starting in January, Hillseeker Performance Lab sessions and Wednesday Night Zürich Running classes will run in 6-week blocks with a short recovery pause between blocks.

 

What does this mean? A fixed block of time allows for concise goal-setting and measurement and is designed to increase committment, focus and accountability. It will also offer an opportunity for a planned progression of technical skills and training load as well as cater for seasonal focus areas. And finally, committing to a full series will result in a lower price per class.

 

To take advantage of the special series pricing, you need to sign up before the series starts. Also, you can get your series at half price if you bring a friend (new customer) along who also signs up for a series! Drop-in rates are still available, but your best pricing and best chance for really impacting your performance is in committing to the full series and showing up to each session.

Wednesday Night Running Class in Zürich

  • First 2012 session: January 4th (6 week series). 2nd Series starts Feb. 28th.
  • Always at 19h at the Sihlhölzli track
  • Open to anyone
   

Hillseeker Performance Lab Classes

  • Tuesday: Cycling & Endurance Sport focus, designed for off-season cycling and general endurance sport training. Includes High Intensity Interval Training and uses Spin bikes, Turbo Trainers (you can bring your own bike if desired), rowing machines and a ski erg in addition to the other Functional Training equipment at the Performance Lab.
  • Thursday: CrossFit Plus -- Total Body Conditioning: Core, Agility, Flexibility and Balance (includes instruction on proper technique for body weight gymnastic and ring movements as well as basic barbell/Olympic Lifting Movements).
  • (all classes 19h-20h)
