Coached running sessions are offered on Wednesday evenings at 19:00 -- rain, shine, summer, winter -- it's on! The running class is offered in a 5- or 6-week series (1x per week, 1 hour per class). Series 4 starts May 30th. Each series includes specific benchmarks and skill/performance objectives.
During the late spring through mid-autumn sessions, we meet at Saalsporthalle across from Sihlcity.
During the winter and early spring, all sessions are held at the Sihlhölzli track.

My Endurance Running program has been running strong in Zürich since November 2010 with over 100 athletes taking part at some point in the journey. Technique has improved, running has gotten easier, times are getting faster and we continue to have a lot of fun with the awesome energy in a group setting!
Sessions include a varying mix of interval training, core conditioning, skills work & technique drills and mental toughness training, all under the guidance of a highly experienced endurance coach and all with the aim of taking your running and approach to endurance sports to the next level. Coach Jeff has been an endurance athlete for over 16 years, has completed an intensive program with the Pose Method® creator, Dr. Nicholas Romanov and is a graduate and coach in the SEALFIT Kokoro program.

May 30 - October 15: Saalsporthalle (South side, near entrance to Garderobe/Locker Room area).
October - May: Sihlhölzli Track
Class Rates:
The running class is offered in a 6-week series (1x per week, 1 hour per class). See Events Calendar for start and end date for each series.
- 6-week series: 120 CHF
- Drop-in/single class rate: 25 CHF
- Payment is for the full series, you may attend all or some classes. No credits for missed classes.
- Bring-a-friend discount: referring member receives 50% discount on their own series for the first series their friend signs up for.
The best way to improve is to show up consistently.
