Coached running sessions are offered on Wednesday evenings at 19:00. The running class is offered in a 5- or 6-week series (1x per week, 1 hour per class). Series 3 - 2013 starts April 17th and drop-ins are always welcome! Each series includes specific benchmarks and skill/performance objectives. Series 3 is coached by a highly experienced runner and endurance athlete Oscar Lopez.

During the late spring through early-autumn, we meet at Saalsporthalle across from Sihlcity. Classes at this awesome training site start April 17th.

 

 

During the winter and early spring, all sessions are held at the Sihlhölzli track. Meet at the main track entrance (Northeast corner).

 

 

 

 

Become a faster and more efficient runner!

 

The Hillseeker Running program has been running strong in Zürich since November 2010 with over 120 athletes taking part at some point in the journey. Technique has improved, running has gotten easier, times are getting faster and we continue to have a lot of fun with the awesome energy in a group setting!

 

 

Sessions include a varying mix of interval training, core conditioning, skills work & technique drills and mental toughness training, all under the guidance of a highly experienced endurance coach and all with the aim of taking your running and approach to endurance sports to the next level. 

 

 

 

2013 Rates: 120 CHF for a six week series or 25 CHF as a drop-in fee per class. Refer a friend and if they buy a full series, you'll receive a 50% rebate (off their first series).

Spring & Summer: 

 

April 17 - September: Saalsporthalle (South side, near entrance to Garderobe/Locker Room area). The star on the map at this link shows the meeting location. The Saalsporthalle train/tram station is noted as well (and is directly at Sihlcity). Please note that Saalsporthalle has a changing room, lockers (bring your own lock) and showers.

 

Autumn & Winter:

 

From October 3 - early May: Sihlhölzli track. Parking is available and it's only a short walk from Bahnhof Wiedikon.

Summer: This is the Saalsporthalle complex, across from Sihlcity. We meet on the far left corner.

Rainbows & adversity training points are the rewards for braving rainy nights.
