The concept: based on a commitment toward open thinking and constant innovation, the HSF Performance Lab draws from the functional fitness underpinnings of effective training programs such as CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance, but with a heavy dosage of custom Hillseeker-programming. When training at the Hillseeker Performance Lab, you will experience innovative training sessions from an experienced CrossFit Level 1-certified and multi-specialist coach as well as mental toughness training from Coach Jeff's 50-hour non-stop SEALFIT Kokoro experience and 16-year background in ultra-endurance sports. Coach Jeff is passionate about CrossFit, very much active in the CrossFit community in Switzerland and abroad and has significant hands-on experience coaching CrossFit athletes.
The Hillseeker Performance Lab has been designed toward specialized small group and personal training, so individual attention is the focus. All training is performed under direct coaching guidance. Athletes and individuals training at the Performance Lab have access to a wide variety of effective and creative functional training equipment and programming designed to improve capacity and performance across all of the essential fitness skills. Training at the Hillseeker Performance Lab is a unique experience and what many consider the essence of functional training. All workouts are coached and will be adjusted for individuals based on fitness level and experience. This makes it possible for experienced CrossFitters and athletes to train next to first-timers or those rebuilding their athletic past.
Pose Method Efficient Running clinics are also offered at the Performance Lab as well as Warrior Challenges and other special events.

Program
Small Group classes include a wide variety of training types, but each evening has a different theme that will serve as a focus area and progression throughout each season of the year:
- Tuesday: Cycling & Endurance Sport focus, designed for off-season cycling and general endurance sport training. Includes High Intensity Interval Training and uses Spin bikes, Turbo Trainers (you can bring your own bike if desired), rowing machines and a ski erg in addition to the other Functional Training equipment at the Performance Lab.
- Thursday: CrossFit Plus -- Total Body Conditioning: Core, Agility, Flexibility and Balance (includes instruction on proper technique for body weight gymnastic and ring movements as well as basic barbell/Olympic Lifting Movements).
