After weeks of hard work, it's time to officially open!
The big day will be Saturday, November 19th!

Here's the plan:
11:00-12:00 Barbell Workout (experienced CrossFit athletes only)
- 12:00-13:00 Open Workout (open to anyone)
- 13:00-14:00 Open Workout (open to anyone)
- 14:00 Apero
Please RSVP by email if possible.
You can find directions on the Performance Lab menu. For the open workouts, these will be scalable, coached workouts, so they are open to people at all fitness levels and training backgrounds. This will be a fun time to test yourself on the initial set of Hillseeker Performance Lab benchmarks and try out some new functional training equipment!
All workouts are FREE on the Grand Opening Day. There will be a donation box if you'd like to make a small gift to help with the equipment fund.
Feel free to join for any of the activities you'd like. One workout is fine. A couple -- why not?! And just the Apero alone is also great!
Please note that parking at the building is not permitted, but there are excellent free parking options just a few minutes walk away. See the Directions page for details.
Starting Monday, November 21st the weeknight WOD schedule will start, with 2 workouts offered each Monday, Tuesday and Thursday night. More details here.
