Coached Group Training Sessions
Each class runs via a 5 or 6-week series (1x per week, 1 hour per class).
Each class includes a wide variety of training types, but each one has a different theme that will serve as a focus area and progression throughout each season of the year:
- Tuesday: Cycling & Endurance Sport focus, designed for off-season cycling and general endurance sport training. Includes High Intensity Interval Training and uses Spin bikes, Turbo Trainers (you can bring your own bike if desired), rowing machines and a ski erg in addition to the other Functional Training equipment at the Performance Lab.
- Thursday: CrossFit Plus -- Total Body Conditioning: Core, Agility, Flexibility and Balance (includes instruction on proper technique for body weight gymnastic and ring movements as well as basic barbell/Olympic Lifting Movements).
Classes are held 19:00 - 20:00.
If you are interested in other times, please email Jeff. We have the potential to add a class on Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings at 18h or 20h based on demand. We need at least 4 people to commit to a class and then I can add it to the schedule. Group classes can be organized at other times if we can get enough people organized for a particular time slot. This is a small specialty gym, so the schedule will be driven by demand. Please share your feedback and we'll look for opportunities to introduce other time slots.
Class Rates:
- Single 6-week series for 180 CHF (30 CHF per class)
- Double series pack for 335 CHF (28 CHF per class)
- Pay as you go / drop-in rate per class: 35 CHF
- Pricing is adjusted pro rata for a 5-Week Series. A single 5-week series is 150 CHF and Double is 280 CHF.
- Class places are first-come, first served and are limited to 8. Series members get the first 8 spots, based on the date the series is paid for (payment required in advance).
Free Trial Sessions
Free trial sessions are offered a few times per class series, so please feel free to visit for one of these trial sessions to see if this is for you. These sessions are offered at the following times:
- March 1st & 6th at 20:00
- March 29th at 20:00
- April 17th at 20:00
- May 10th at 20:00
RESERVATION REQUIRED (Email Coach Jeff at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a spot)
Discounts:
- Bring-a-friend discount: referring member receives a 25% series discount when their friend signs up for their first series.
- Series members receive 10% discount on Warrior Challenges and Running Clinics
- Series members receive 10% discount on Inov-8 shoes
- Discount for HSF Online Coaching Clients: 15% off all series & drop-in rates.
Please note that coached CrossFit and functional training in a small group setting is much more like a personal training experience than a visit to a traditional gym.

Series 2 (5 weeks): February 28th - April 2nd (Tuesday is SOLD OUT, 2 spots remain for Thursday) - Series 3 (6 weeks): April 3rd - May 17th (closed April 26th, but open on public holidays in April and May)
- Series 4 (6 weeks): May 29th - July 9th

Weekend Sessions
Group sessions and special events will occassionally be offered on weekends. Times, sign-up process and pricing will be posted on the website and on the Hillseeker Fitness Facebook page.
