What?
Inspired by his SEALFIT Kokoro experience, 16+ years of endurance racing and a quest to build and reinforce your unconquerable spirit, Coach Jeff has designed a unique training experience for athletes in Switzerland. Each Hillseeker Warrior Challenge lasts approximately 3 hours and covers a wide range of activities, intensity levels and physical and mental toughness challenges. It’s grueling, it will test your limits and it will also offer many takeaways that you can apply to your training, adventures or races and even your daily life. Activities take place both in and outside (in nature) and utilize traditional CrossFit equipment plus other functional training equipment including sandbags, sleds, ropes, slamballs, sloshpipes, Strongman equipment and more.

Is it for me?
If you've completed any of Jeff's prior Warrior Challenges at CrossFit Zürich or at the Hillseeker Performance Lab, then yes, it's for you.
If you are new to Jeff's Warrior Challenge series, please consider the following questions:
- Have you been CrossFitting or training with similar activities (Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics conditioning, etc.) consistently for at least 3 months?
- Are you confident in your skills and consistency in the core CrossFit movements & confident that an experience CrossFit coach would agree with your assessment?
- Do you want to test your limits or discover something new about yourself or become a better leader or coach?

The skills covered, including mental toughness training, are particularly useful for triathletes, ultra runners, adventure racers, cross-country ski racers, StrongmanRun athletes & other endurance specialists.
