Jeff Grant is a coach, ultra-endurance athlete and a hillseeker in all walks of life. His passion is coaching athletes as well as people making the key lifestyle transformation to healthy living.

Jeff has lived out a series of adventures since making his own transformation in the mid-90s. He has finished 5 ultra-distance triathlons, including the 2000 Ironman World Championship in Hawaii and the 2007 Inferno in the Swiss Alps. He has also completed numerous marathons and ultra marathons, including a top-50 overall and second-place American finish in the 2008 Marathon des Sables 155 mile run in the Sahara Desert and a coveted finish at the 104-mile (166KM) Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc race in Chamonix, France in 2009.
As an adventurer, Jeff has climbed Kilimanjaro, backpacked in the wilds of Alaskan grizzly bear country, SCUBA dived with sharks in the Galapagos, mountaineered in the Andes, rock and ice climbed in the Rockies and jungle-trekked in Southeast Asia.

Jeff's ultimate test of mental toughness was completion of the U.S. Navy SEAL-inspired SEALFit Kokoro Camp in 2010. The Kokoro Camp is a grueling 50-hour crucible that tests a warrior athlete's fitness and mental toughness to the extreme with a complete lack of sleep, with plenty of cold water immersion and with dozens of hours of intense fitness challenges. Jeff emerged from the experience as the selected Honor Man of Kokoro Class 13 and with a heightened passion for using the experience to help others.

Prior to becoming an endurance athlete in 1996, Jeff was 70 pounds (32kg) overweight and led a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. Motivated by his concerned family members, Jeff decided to embark on a new, healthy lifestyle and has never looked back. He still cherishes this motivation and the new life that it brought and now helps others reach their goals though virtual coaching around the world, motivational speaking and in-person coaching in Switzerland. Jeff chased a major dream by walking away from a successful 18-year career in IT and Global Procurement in 2010 to focus full-time on building fitter, faster and more efficient athletes.
